General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching, mentoring, and hypnosis services offered by Luana Wagner Almeida / Kazulu – The Art of Transformation.
They apply to both online services and in-person sessions in Brazil or other locations by agreement.

2. Services

The services include coaching, hypnosis, and holistic guidance.
They do not constitute medical treatment in the clinical sense.
The offer does not replace therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own responsibility.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are made via Calendly, email, or personal arrangement.
Payment is due in advance via Stripe, Wise, or other agreed payment methods.
By booking, you agree to these GTC.

4. Appointment Cancellations

Appointment changes are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full fee will be charged.

5. Liability

I do not assume liability for personal or financial consequences resulting from the application of coaching content.
All offers are intended for self-reflection, relaxation, and personal development.

6. Data Protection

All personal data is treated confidentially and used exclusively for communication and contract processing.

7. Jurisdiction

Brazilian law applies.
Place of performance is Conde, Bahia, Brazil.
